Arborio’s Terrace, with a picturesque outlook of the coastal walkway and ocean, provides a stylish, yet informal environment and has been utilised for private functions, exclusive New Year’s Eve parties, birthday parties, corporate Christmas cocktail parties, social club events and much more.
We can host the perfect stress-free party, leaving you to relax and enjoy!
Venue hire: $1,750 + GST & a Minimum spend required for Exclusive use of Arborio.
When hiring the Puke Ariki Foyer a venue hire for Arborio $1,750 + GST.
Puke Ariki Foyer
Alternatively the Puke Ariki foyer is the ideal backdrop for canapé cocktail events such as product launches, engagement parties, birthday or wedding anniversary celebrations & corporate functions with tray served canapés & beverages all catered to the highest standard from Arborio Restaurant
Venue hire – 6pm to 8pm $800.00 Hire foyer through the NPDC Puke Ariki.
Sit down dinner functions – minimum charge of 100 guests on our $90 set 3 course menu.
Table, chair, crockery, cutlery, glassware & linen hire is extra. Please enquire.

Arborio restaurant main dining room has available seating for 74 guests.
For larger sit down dinner parties and weddings of up to 100 guests, Puke Ariki Museum Foyer is available to hire and provides a unique and very special backdrop for your function or event.

3 course Set Menu (for groups max 74 guests inside Arborio) – $90 per person
This includes a set menu with an entrée, two choices of main, alternate drop dessert

Payment
Account is to be paid within 1 calendar day via internet banking to account on tax invoice. Credit card payment is available however a credit card surcharge added to the total 2% for MasterCard & Visa, 3% for American Express. Diners not accepted.
Breakages & Damage of property
Any breakages, damage to property or spoilage clean-up (body waste etc.) a spoilage fee will be charged.

General hireage for foyer functions
Based on 100 guests Approximately $45.00 per person.
This includes:
- Exclusive hireage of Puke Ariki Foyer 6pm – 12am: $1500.00 incl gst
- 1 x Security guard from 6pm-12am: $33.00 per hour
- 1 x Puke Ariki host from 6pm – 12am: $33.00 per hour
